Acceptance

These terms of use are designed to govern the relationship between Mesozoic Manor and it's players. By using this site, users agree to abide by these terms of service while playing. Users are expected to abide by the player conduct rules. Please read them over carefully and if you have any questions, contact the admin or a trusted guardian. Violation of these terms may result in consequences incluing termination of the user's account without refund. If you do not agree to these rules, please do not play Mesozoic Manor.

Players Under 13

Players under 13 should ask a guardian's permission before creating an account or using this site. By using this site, you affirm that you are over 13 years old or have obtained a guardian's permission to play. If making a purchase using real world currency, you should make certain to get permission before every transaction to avoid any issues which could result in termination of your account.

These terms of service are subject to change as needed. Continued use of the site will be taken as acceptance of any changes made. Users will be notified via mailing list email.

Privacy

In order to play Mesozoic Manor, you will be required to submit some personal information in order to register. Mesozoic Manor does not collect your data except as needed to create an account. Your email should always be kept up to date as that is our only way to communicate on important matters. Your information will never be sold.

Your Account

Each player is allowed only 1 account.

To play Mesozoic Manor you will need an internet connection. You are responsible for that connection and any costs it may incur. A basic account is free and may involve the use of non-personalized ads at some point. You must be 13 or older, or have your gaurdian's permission in order to play. Mesozoic Manor may not be used for commercial purposes by players.

Keeping your log in details secret is your responsibility. Do not share your account details with anyone. Everything that occurs from your account will be your responsibilty. If you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission, change your password immediately and make sure your email is up to date.

Most features of Mesozoic Manor can be accessed for free. Some features require the use of game currency that is purchased with real world money. Information on these features can be found on the website. In order to keep the game fun for everyone, we will be adding updates, changes, and improvements. While we always appreciate your feedback, only the developer of Mesozoic Manor decides what any of those changes will be.

Other

We reserve the right to correct any false information. We will also report on any illegal activites of which we become aware. If we discover anything which could become a nuissance to Mesozoic Manor we will do what is necessary to combat it,up to and including taking it offline as needed.

These rules are not meant to be exhaustive and may be changed or adjusted as needed. Violation may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of the account.

- Players may only use Mesozoic Manor if you are complying with the laws and governance of your location.
- Players may not engage in communication or actions which are harmful to others. This inclusions harassment, defamation, vulgarity, explicit language or images, obsenities, prejudices, or anything that attacks another user for their gender, age, race, religion, or orientation.
-Players should not pretend to be an employee of Mesozoic Manor or falsely imply that they speak for us.
-Players may not take any action intended to defraud other people such as attempting to obtain passwords or real life information.
-Players may not share fund raising information or links including sales or charities. While we do support charity, Mesozoic Manor is simply not the place for such things and connot verify the information of every link.
-Players should never knowingly share links, images, or text that contains viruses, bots, malware, trojan horses, or other bug inducing software.
-Players may not attempt to bypass any technological means taken by us to enforce these rules or control access to certain parts of Mesozoic Manor. This inclusions exploitation of bugs, which should be reported immediately when noticed.

Ownership

All the code, artwork, logos, software, content, and outlines used on Mesozoic Manor belong to the owner of Mesozoic Manor from the moment of creation to the end of time.

Use of Image

Images from Mesozoic Manor may be used by players of Mesozoic Manor to make fanart of Mesozoic Manor. However it may not be sold, traded, or misrepresented nor may it be claimed by anyone else as their own. Attribution must be given with a link to the index page of Mesozoic Manor.

Payments

Virtual currency for Mesozoic Manor may only be purchased directly from Mesozoic Manor for real life currency. It may not be traded or resold on third party websites.

Refunds

Refunds will not be given for virtual currency purchases. Buyers should ensure they have the funds for their purchase, and that they have permission to spend those funds on Mesozoic Manor currency. \Chargebacks will result in the user's account being terminated at which time they lose all ownership of any virtual items associated with that account.

Force majeure

In the event of a force majeure, such as hurricanes, floods, meteor strikes, and other uncontrollable circumstances, we will do our best to remain open but this is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays or inability to continue the site. Obligations will be suspended and this agreement may be terminated by users or us.

Complaints

In the event of a complaint, please make sure you contact the admin within a month of noticing the relevant issue. Make sure you explain the problem in a clear manner without the use of abusive language. We will do our best to offer an initial response within a fourteen day period.

Termination

If your account has been terminated and no resolution has been agreed upon by us, you will no longer be welcome to play Mesozoic Manor. While we hope This will never happen, our first priority is protecting our players from any form of abuse. Attempts to get around this ban may result in further action.

As Is

Mesozoic Manor is provided as is where is. Purchases should not be made based on anything except the site as it stands at the time of purchase. No warrenty is offered and no communication should be assumed to have given one.

We are not responsible for anything on any other site that may be linked from Mesozoic Manor, whether from advertisements or those posted by users or staff.

Indemnification

If a user misuses our service and this misuse results in a lawsuit, breach of contract, negligent act, or any other legal trouble, the user will be required to defend Mesozoic Manor from any legal claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from their misuse.
