Dinosaurs need to be fed in order to live. They will each eat 1 serving of food per day automatically after an Advance Time. To get more food, you need to go to the Silver shop and buy food, then go to your inventory and use the food to add it to your Pen's inventory.

To breed your dinosaurs you must have 1 male and 1 female dinosaur. Any species can breed with any other. Pets that are dual gender can act as the male or the female in the breeding. Pets that are Agender cannot breed. Pets must also not be locked or on breeding cooldown in order to breed again.

Once you have decided on your pair of dinosaurs, go to the Account tab, and click Breed. You can pick your dinosaurs out of the dropdown menus on this page. Click Breed, and your pets will produce an egg that can be found in your Pen.

To enter contests, go to the page of the dinosaur you wish to enter. Click the Contests tab. There is a dropdown with a listing of the contests that are available for your dinosaur to enter. Choose one, and click the Enter button to the right.

To withdraw from contests, go to the page of the dinosaur you wish to withdraw. Scroll down to the Current COntest Entries table, and find the contest you would like to remove them from. Click Withdraw on the right of that listing.

Once each real life day you can click Advance Time in the Explore menu. Pressing it more than once will have no effect. When you click this button the first time each day, the following things will happen:

-You will recieve your salary for the day if you have less than 10,000,000 silver.
-Your pets will age up by one day.
-Your pets will eat 1 serving of food.
-Any cooldowns on your pet will decrease by one day.
-Pets that have not beed fed and have run out of food will have their health reduced by 1 point.
-Your Explore moves will be reset back to 30 moves.

Items can be used from the Inventory page found under the Account tab. Go to your inventory and find the item you want to use. If that item needs you to choose a pet or gene locus to use it, there will be a dropdown menu. Make sure these are correct, and click Use Item.
